Privacy Policy

Redraft Reaper Inc ("Redraft Reaper," "we," "us," or "our") operates redraftreaper.com (the "Service"), a playoff fantasy football platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication); we never see or store your password. We also record whether your email address has been verified.
  • League and draft information: the display name you choose in each league, the leagues you create or join, and your drafts, rosters, lineups, scores, and standings.
  • Payment information: league entry fees are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards. We keep a record of each payment and any refund (amount, status, and Stripe's payment reference) so we can administer entry fees and refunds.
  • Consent records: when you join or create a league, we record your confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accepted our Disclosures & Terms, including the date and the league it applied to.
  • Feedback: if you submit feedback through the Beta Feedback button, we receive your message and the page of the Service you were viewing.
  • Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages and screens viewed, and device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics and standard server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 2 below.

2. Cookies and Third-Party Advertising Technology

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, understand how the Service is used, and support advertising.

Consent. When you first visit the Service, we ask for your cookie choices through a consent banner shown to all visitors. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we do not set non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, until you consent.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.

Advertising. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Service. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our Service and/or other sites on the internet.

Who sees ads. Advertisements are shown to visitors who are not signed in, and to signed-in users who are not members of a Premium league (for example, users who participate only in Public or Standard leagues, or in no league). Advertisements are not shown to signed-in users who are members of a Redraft Reaper Premium league, including invited members of a Premium league and members of a Premium league purchased in full by a commissioner. Participating in or purchasing a Premium league is the only way to remove advertising from the Service. Advertising cookies set before you sign in, or before you join a Premium league, may remain in your browser until you clear them or change your cookie choices.

Your advertising choices. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info. Opting out through these tools limits ad personalization but does not remove advertising from the Service; you may continue to see non-personalized ads.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Payment processing: Stripe, Inc.
  • Authentication: Google Firebase Authentication, which manages sign-in and email verification.
  • Email delivery: our email service provider, which sends account verification and other Service emails.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: our web hosting and database providers, which store and serve the Service and its data.
  • Sports and player data: our data providers, which supply statistics, projections, and scoring data used to operate the Service's fantasy football functionality. We do not send them your personal information.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics.
  • Advertising: Google AdSense.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the Service, including leagues, drafts, scoring, and standings
  • Process league entry fees and refunds
  • Verify your email address and secure your account
  • Communicate with you about your account, leagues, or the Service
  • Display advertising, including personalized advertising where you have consented
  • Understand, improve, and monitor the performance and security of the Service
  • Keep records of your age and terms acceptance

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and we require you to confirm this before you join or create a league. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data processing, including personalized advertising. You may also change your cookie choices at any time through the consent settings on the Service. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email listed in Section 9. We may need to retain certain records, such as payment, refund, and consent records, where required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
