What is Redraft Reaper?
Redraft Reaper is an NFL playoff fantasy football platform where managers draft a new team before every playoff round, instead of drafting once and locking in a roster for the whole postseason.
How is this different from other playoff fantasy games?
Many playoff fantasy formats use a single draft that carries through the postseason. Redraft Reaper has every manager draft a full new roster before each round, pulling only from the teams still alive in the bracket.
How much does it cost to play?
Public (Standard) leagues are $6 per manager and include ads. Premium invite-only leagues are $12 per manager, are ad-free, and give the commissioner customization options. A commissioner can also buy out a whole 12-team Premium league for $120. Mock drafts are free.
Are there cash prizes?
No. Redraft Reaper charges a flat usage fee for access to the platform. There are no cash prizes, winnings, or payouts of any kind -- it is a skill-based game, not a betting product, and the reward is bragging rights.
Do I have to draft every week?
You draft once before each of the four playoff rounds: Wild Card, Divisional, Conference Championship, and Super Bowl. Each round is one playoff week.
What happens to bye-week teams in the Wild Card round?
Players from teams with a first-round bye are not in the Wild Card draft pool. They enter the pool for the Divisional round.
Can I keep the same player across rounds?
Only in Premium leagues that enable keepers. A Premium league can allow 1-2 keepers, which are not available for the Wild Card round. Kept players stay in the draft round they were originally drafted in, so you skip that round's pick.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Free mock drafts use the 2025 NFL playoff teams so you can practice the format. A free account is required, but no payment.
What happens if I miss my pick?
Each pick has a clock (45 seconds in Standard leagues, 30, 45, or 60 seconds in Premium leagues). If it runs out, or you have autopick turned on, the platform picks for you based on player rankings and your open roster slots.
What happens if I get eliminated?
If you are not among the advancing managers in a round, your run in that league ends. Surviving each round is the point of the game.
Will I play against real people?
Public leagues are merged toward 10-12 real managers before the draft, and AI managers fill any remaining spots. Premium invite-only and buyout leagues are made up of the people you invite and are never merged.
Can I get a refund?
Usage fees are refundable in full at any time before your team is drafted. Once your team has been drafted, that league's fee is non-refundable.
Who can play?
You must be at least 18 years of age. The service may not be available in every state or jurisdiction, so please confirm that using it is lawful where you live.
